Note:

Because the terminal server does not bring the whole KDE Environment some configuration is necessary to be able to view documentation proper.

To be able to use the documentation Browser you must configure:

Settings->Configure Kile->Help->User Help->Use embedded viewer

Viewing different file formats like pdf, dvi, html needs configuration:

Go to Settings->Configure Kile-> Tools->Build

ViewHTML: Select configuration: firefox
Tools-Build-ViewPDF: Select configuration: acroread
ViewPS: Select configuration:gv
Viewdvi: Select configuration: evince

Now you should be able to view the most documents. You can find them under:

Help->Tetex Documentation-> Documentation Browser

Documentation:

Help-> Latex Reference opens a browser that brings you to:
