Preamble

Dictd is a dictionary database Server.

We assume that using a locally installed dictionary database may be useful for further teaching purposes.

Note:

Some steps have been already done by the linux4afrika team.
Nevertheless we refer to the whole install and configuration process to enable you to understand how to proceed in similar cases.
